Every rental includes delivery and pickup and a charger or a full tank. There is no booking fee. Rates move with the season, so the exact price for your days appears before you pay — nothing changes at checkout.

Do I need a license?
Yes. Every driver must be a licensed driver aged 18 or older, and the person who books and pays must be 21 or older — these are street-legal LSVs, so car rules apply. One rider per seat, belts on, and carts are not allowed on the beach.
Can it go on the beach?
No. Our carts are street-legal low-speed vehicles built for the road, and they are not permitted on the beach. They will take you to every public beach access in our delivery area, and you walk the last bit.
What is the $250 deposit for?
It is a damage deposit against the cart, and it is always its own line on your quote — never folded into the rental total. A $250 damage deposit for each cart is placed on your card as a hold 2 days before delivery. It is a hold, not a charge, with no tax and no fee. It is renewed if it would expire during your rental, and released once the cart comes back undamaged, clean and fully charged, 7 days after pickup. If you cancel and no damage has been reported, a damage-deposit hold already placed is released. The booking flow shows you the exact amount and when it moves before you commit to anything.
Can I book one for today?
Until 4 PM, yes. After that, same-day delivery closes for the day — book it for tomorrow and we’ll have it at the house tomorrow afternoon. If you are stuck, call us; the phone is answered 9 AM – 4 PM, seven days.
When do you deliver and collect?
To every town on our list, both ways. We bring it the afternoon you arrive and collect it the morning you leave.
Something’s wrong with the cart — what do I do?
In hours, call (727) 555-0100 and a cart with a fault gets swapped rather than fixed at the kerb. After 4 PM, most trouble is an electric cart out of charge — put the charge cord on overnight, and never push, pull or tow a cart yourself. If a cart is wrecked and we need to come out, email office@example.com with “Emergency” in the subject; otherwise we reply at the start of the next business day.
